These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) set out the conditions for using Churun (the “App”). By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

1. About the Service

The App is a photo editor for nail artists and nail salons. It uses AI to separate nails, skin, and background automatically, and provides per-layer image editing.

Subscriptions renew automatically every month.
You can cancel at any time from the Settings app (Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions).
Purchases are billed to your Apple Account.
Refunds are subject to Apple’s refund policy.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Using the App for any unlawful purpose
Interfering with or damaging the App’s systems or services
Infringing another person’s copyright, likeness rights, or privacy through the App
Reverse engineering or tampering with the App

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is”. We make no warranty as to its completeness, accuracy, or continued availability.
The results of AI processing (such as mask accuracy) vary depending on the conditions of the image.
The developer is not liable for any damages arising from use of the App.

6. Changes to or Termination of the Service

The developer may change the App’s features or discontinue the service without prior notice.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance over any dispute relating to the App.

These Terms may change without prior notice. If a significant change is made, we will announce it in the App or on this page.
